Go to Broadcasts to send a message to a group of people.
Audiences
- Staff — target by role.
- Customers — target by price tier, account age, or order history (e.g. customers who haven't ordered recently).
Channels
Broadcasts go out over the channels you've configured (email, SMS, and others). Configure your providers and sender details in Settings before sending.
How it works
Compose your message, pick the audience and channel, and send (or schedule). Delivery is processed in the background, and you can see progress and per-recipient results.
