Discounts & coupons

Manual discounts

On the POS page, open the discount panel to apply:

• Percentage discount — e.g. 10% off the total.
• Fixed amount — e.g. ₦500 off.

Coupon codes

Coupons are synced from the server. To apply one:

1. Open the discount panel.
2. Enter the coupon code.
3. The system validates the code, checking minimum order amount, expiry, and usage limits.
4. If valid, the discount is applied automatically.

Note: Coupon data is synced from the server. If a coupon was just created on the web admin, run a manual sync (Settings → Sync Now) to fetch it.
