Storefront template
Your storefront has a template (look and feel) you choose in Settings. Some templates are included on higher plans. Contact details, social links, and a map embed can also be shown on your storefront.
Storefront FAQ
Go to FAQ to manage the questions shown on your public storefront (distinct from this in-app Help). You can add, edit, reorder, publish, and unpublish questions, and load a default set to start from.
Note: The storefront FAQ is what your customers see. This Help section is documentation for you and your staff.
