moraPOS is designed to work without internet.
How sync works
- Initial sync — on first login, the app downloads all products, inventory, customers, and coupons for your branch.
- Orders created offline are stored locally as pending. The indicator in the header shows how many orders are waiting to sync.
- Auto-sync — every 30 seconds the app checks connectivity and, when online, pushes pending orders and pulls updates.
- Manual sync — go to Settings → Sync Now to force a sync.

- Online — syncing normally.
- Offline — orders are saved locally.
Conflict resolution
If a product was updated on the server while you were offline, the server version wins. Offline orders are always accepted — you'll never lose a sale.
